REFUND POLICY

We want every ALTO customer to be satisfied with their order.

For orders placed through the Egyptian market, customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the order, subject to applicable law and the conditions below.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• The item must be unworn and unwashed.

• The item must be in its original condition.

• Original tags and packaging must be present where applicable.

• Proof of purchase or the relevant order number may be required.

ALTO may update this Privacy Policy when required to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or applicable regulations.
